Floyo, a fusion of Yoga and Pilates blends the fundamentals of each discipline while incorporating the added core challenge of balancing on your board. Jessie Benson, Ultimate Watersports SUP instructor, has designed this class to lengthen and strengthen the body with both core and flexibility training. This class is designed for all fitness levels and has an emphasis on utilizing the breath to connect the mind and body.
