The Pilates method is a physical fitness program developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates believed mental and physical health are essential to one another. His method uses the mind to control the muscles by focusing on the core postural muscles to keep the body balanced and strong.
Pilates at the MAC is offered in a private Pilates studio and includes: Mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Ladder Barrel. Programs are offered in group, semi-private and private sessions.
