Group Exercise continues to be the single most important factor that keeps members coming to the MAC day after day. The diversity of programming and the social component of meeting your friends to exercise, as well as meeting new friends who exercise, makes it easy to fit right in at the MAC.
Our group exercise schedule is as diverse as our members. We offer classes to increase your strength, improve your flexibility, and challenge your cardiovascular endurance. Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Cardio Core, Extreme Intervals and Zumba only begin to highlight the over 100 classes per week offered at our clubs.
In addition, our specialty classes and workshops are designed to give you some added individual attention, no matter if you’re a beginner, are advanced, or are seeking a specific type of training.
