At MAC there’s different levels of training. With either one-on-one or small group training you have the opportunity to reach your wellness goals.
Boot Camps on the Playground
In Timonium, on our indoor playground: each trainer with their own unique high-energy routine for a total body workout. All fitness levels can be accommodated. Get the guidance of a personal trainer with a fun group vibe.
Monday | 9:30-10:30 am with Aundre | 12:15 -12:45 pm with Erik
Tuesday | 7-8 am with Billy | 9:30-10:30 am with Mario
Wednesday | 9:30-10:30 am with Dwayne | 12:15 -12:45 pm with Erik
Thursday | 7-8 am with Billy | 9:30-10:30 am with Carlos | 12:15 -12:45 pm with Carlos
Friday | 9:30-11:00 am with Russ | 3:30 – 4:30 pm with Billy
Saturday | 9:00-9:45 am with Kenny
Every new member begins their journey to wellness with a consultation with a fitness team member. It’s just the MAC WAY- without it we can’t help you track your milestones and goals.
One-On-One Personal Training
Just you and a trainer means you will receive that one-on-one attention and support that can take your fitness to the next level. Each time efficient session is guaranteed to be full of variety with each exercise carefully chosen to cater to your specific needs. Our trainers have just one job- to make sure you achieve what you came for. A side benefit we hear from members who work with our trainers- they develop very special bonds and friendships. Small Group Training
Like the camaraderie of a group? The accountability of knowing people are meeting you to train? Then small group training is right for you. Reaching fitness goals with friends is very motivating to many of our members- the sense of community and shared goals can be second to none. The options for groups are quite vast.
