The key to a successful corporate wellness program is participation. The most effective way to ensure participation is for all parties to make a commitment and a contribution to the program. The MAC approach is to match the contribution of each employer, up to a certain amount. The more you do, the more we do. The employer helps to subsidize the cost of the program for the employees and your wellness partner (the MAC) will contribute as well.
